CHEF ROBERT PENDERGAST
Robert Pendergast was shaped of the Island’s red clay in the 1970s. He was born into a family of lovers of stories, music, and food. One of six siblings, Robert learned very early on of the joys of cooking and the importance of sharing the culinary culture around him. His Irish and Acadian roots also allowed him to see a variety of cooking styles from a young age, et he has been offering unique culinary experiences ever since.
CHEF ALEX CLARK
Alex Clark, born and raised in Linkletter on route 11, is the owner of Evermoore Brewing Co. in Summerside, PEI. His journey as a restauranteur began a few years ago when he created OpenEats. Now, Alex brings his years of culinary experience to the table with an emphasis on fun, local food.
