+ Where is Festival Route 11?
Festival Route 11 takes place in Union Corner Provincial Park, in the picturesque Evangeline region of Prince Edward Island. It can be easily located by following along route 11 from Summerside, with beautiful vistas and water views all along the way.
+ What are the hours of the festival?
FESTIVAL GROUNDS:
Union Corner Provincial Park is open from 8am to 11pm everyday. The event grounds will feature our signature large-scale art installations starting on Friday, July 31st, and can (and should!) be viewed both in the daylight and at night.
MAIN TENT:
July 31st and August 1st: Doors open at 4:30pm. Dinner is served from 5 to 7pm. Mainstage concert begins at 7:30.
August 2nd: Doors open at 11am. Brunch is served from 11am to 1pm. Mainstage show begins at 12pm.
FAMILY DAY:
Our free-admission all ages event Family Day begins on Saturday August 1st from 11am to 5PM throughout the park.

+ I’m a vendor. How can I get involved?
To inquire about becoming a member of our culinary team, please contact info@festivalroute11.com. At this time, we are not welcoming artisan vendors to be part of the festival.
+ How much are tickets?
Weekend Passes can now be purchased for $200CA per pass, plus taxes and fees. These include access to all the mainstage concerts as well as meals for each day. Daily passes can also be purchased, though prices vary based on selection. Please visit our box office for more information.
+ Where can I purchase tickets?
All tickets can be purchased through our box office. Music and meal passes can also be bought upon arrival to the festival, though meals are very limited and we strongly suggest booking ahead. Ticket prices at the door will be higher than online.
+ Are day passes available?
Yes, single-day Music passes and Music+Meal passes are available for each of the three festival days, and prices can be found by visiting our box office.
+ What is the difference between a Music pass and Music+Meal pass?
Music passes gain you admittance to the main tent for that day’s concert, as well as access to the bar, à la carte vendors, and the merch tent.
Music+Meal passes gain you the same admittance as the Music pass, but also allow you to visit the four roaming food stations during the cinq à sept dinner prior to the concert.
+ Is there a child/senior discount?
Any child 12 or younger can enter the festival grounds and main tent at no cost. They cannot access the roaming meal stations unless they purchase a meal ticket.
Any individual over 12 can purchase a regular ticket or Volunteer in exchange for weekend admittance.
There is no discount on tickets for senior citizens.
+ How are tickets delivered?
Tickets bought online will be sent to the purchaser electronically.
+ Can I purchase tickets when I arrive?
Yes, tickets will be available at the door for purchase upon arrival. Please note that gate prices are slightly higher than tickets purchased in advance. Some events/evenings may sell out, and meals are limited, so we strongly encourage that you plan/buy ahead.
+ Can I get a refund if I do not use my ticket?
No, tickets sold for our event are non-refundable.
+ When can I buy tickets for the next festival?
Ticket sales for the following year’s festival generally begin on January 1st.
+ How do I become a volunteer?

+ Where is the nearest community?
Our festival takes place in PEI’s beautiful Evangeline region, along the south shore of Prince County. Union Corner is approximately a 10 minute drive from the town of Wellington, and a 15 minute drive from the city of Summerside. The closest airport is the Charlottetown Airport, approximately 75 minutes' drive.

+ Where can I park?
Parking is available on the festival grounds. Please follow the directions of our parking attendants upon your arrival.
+ What accommodations are available in the area?
Please note that camping on the park grounds is not permitted. For a list of local accommodations, please visit Tourism PEI's website.
+ What am I allowed to bring on site?
NO alcohol, drugs, or fireworks/firecrackers/open flames are permitted. Festival gate volunteers and event staff/security have the right to search any items brought on site.
Please note that Festival Route 11 is an outdoor festival. Though you will have cover from the elements under the main and little tents, we encourage you to prepare:
- Dress in layers, bringing a warm sweater in case the temperature drops after dark
- Wear comfortable shoes for walking (and dancing!) on grass.
- Consider bringing rainwear if the forecast shows rain
- Bring bugspray, sunscreen, and a water bottle
- Union Corner Park is on the beach, so bring a swimsuit should you feel so inclined! There are changing booths on site.
+ What are my options if I have a dietary restriction?
We try to ensure there is something on the menu for everyone. However, if you are unsure whether or not you’d like to take part in the culinary experience due to dietary restrictions, feel free to reach out with questions at info@festivalroute11.com.
+ If I leave the venue, can I return later?
Yes, once your ticket is scanned at the main gate, you will receive a wristband that will allow you admittance into the main tent at any point throughout the day(s) for which you have purchased a ticket.
+ Can I bring a camera?
Yes, cameras are permitted on site. If taking pictures, please do not use a flash, as it is distracting and dangerous for neighbours. Feeling good about what you’ve captured? Share with us at marketing@festivalroute11.com.
+ Can I bring chairs?
Seating is provided in the main and small tents, as well as throughout the event grounds. However, should you wish to bring your own for Family Day, you are welcome to do so.
+ Where is the Lost & Found?
The festival’s Lost & Found is located at the Information booth and the main entry.
+ Are animals allowed on site?
Animals are allowed on site, however animals are not permitted in the main tent during meal hours, with the exception of service animals. Please be prepared to clean up after your pet.
+ Are the festival grounds accessible to those using wheelchairs/with mobility challenges?
The Festival strives to make our site friendly to patrons with mobility challenges. Please note that the festival grounds are entirely grass-covered, with a gravel parking lot. Folks with accessibility needs can reach out to our team with questions at any time at info@festivalroute11.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

+ First Aid and Security
Security will be on site for the entire duration of the festival. First Aid Services are on site during Family Day on Saturday. In case of an emergency, please locate a member of the festival team and we will assist you.
